What are the delivery options?
Our services cover the main island of Mauritius, Rodrigues, other affiliated islands of Mauritius, as well as North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Southeast Asian countries.
Mauritius Island: Free door-to-door delivery (for orders above RS500).
For Rodrigues and other affiliated islands of Mauritius, we provide free shipping services (for orders above RS1000) via air mail, sea freight, and container shipping.
Delivery timeframes:
- Mauritius Island: 1-2 working days (excluding the day of order placement).
- Rodrigues Island via air mail: 5-7 working days (excluding the day of order placement).
We are working hard to provide door-to-door delivery services for all customers and to shorten delivery times as much as possible. Our goal is to eventually offer door-to-door delivery within 2 hours for customers in Mauritius.
For tourists traveling in Mauritius, we also offer direct door-to-door delivery services and shipping to addresses outside of Mauritius. Orders shipped to other countries will be sent directly from NW 1776’s nearest overseas warehouse or NW 1776’s warehousing center in China, depending on the actual circumstances.
For destinations in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, you can choose between standard delivery (7-15 working days) and express delivery (3-5 working days). Standard delivery is free, while the shipping cost for express delivery varies based on the product type, weight, and destination country.
During peak periods and promotions, delivery may take longer.
What is the delivery range for NW 1776 online shopping?
Mauritius: We deliver to all addresses in Mauritius from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
United States: We deliver to all 50 states (and Washington, D.C.) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
European Union: We deliver to all 27 EU member countries (and the United Kingdom) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Japan: We deliver to all states in Japan from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Australia: We deliver to all cities in Australia from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Southeast Asia: We deliver to all cities in Southeast Asia from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
How can I track my order?
Our delivery time starts from the second working day after the order is accepted, including a 24-hour processing and shipping period on working days. Please note that it may take longer during promotions.
Once your order is packed, we will send you an order confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking link. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be displayed.
You can also track your order in your account.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes are calculated based on your delivery destination and are detailed on the checkout page. Please make sure you have selected the correct location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a “Delivery Duty Paid” (DDP) basis, which means all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product prices.
